Happy Box FAQ

Like a typical subscription model, boxes are shipped out every month. The new delivery schedule is as follows – each new box in a subscription will be shipped during the second week of every month. For all orders placed before the 20th of the month, your first box (for 3M & 6M) will ship out the same month* and all further boxes will ship out the second week of the following months.

For eg. If you have placed your order for a 3 month subscription on February 12th, your first box ships out in February with the current theme and your 2nd month’s box ships out in the second week of March (between 10th & 15th).

If you are a new subscriber, you can choose from the existing themes for 3 month or 6 month subscription (subject to availability of stock). All  new subscribers will get to choose through a personal WhatsApp chat with Mammadoo.

The levels of Pre K, LKG, UKG etc. are given as a general guideline only. Please refer to the table that mentions the general curriculum before you place your order.

After receiving your box, if you feel it is too simple or too advanced for your child, you can move up/down a level depending on your preference. Please send me an email regarding the same.

Children crave routine and they learn best with repetition. This is why some much-loved activities will be repeated for a few months to reinforce the concepts, but with different themes so your child is learning the concepts again without getting bored.

Currently we do not offer International shipping and only ship within the Indian sub-continent.

We do not allow cancellations or refund on our products as they are all custom made for you. If needed you have the option to pause the subscription for any given month.
